Senior 1B Dress Rehearsal

Dear students,

as you know next Monday 11th December we have a dress rehearsal. A letter circular has been given out to you today. May I remind you that by this Thursday 7th December, you are asked to get 5.50euro which covers the transport and the props that will be used throughout the show.

Those students who are not participating in the Christmas concert, are asked to pay 3.50euro which covers the transport. These students are expected to come for the dress rehearsal on Monday.

Regarding the costume, may I remind you that the girls have to wear black trousers/leggings and a black long sleeved top. Make sure that you wear black/dark underwear. Wear the school shoes and on Monday we will see if you will dance in your shoes or barefoot.

Apart from the 5:50euro each student (girls) have to pay 4.72euro for the tutu. This price includes the tulle and the elastic.

The boys are asked to wear black trousers, a black shirt and a tie which I will be sewing for you. The boys have to pay 85c for the tie.

Christmas Activities

Dear parents and students,

As you might be aware, this year each class has chosen an organisation which we will be helping for the reverse advent calendar activity. My class (senior 1b) has chosen the AAA, an association that helps abandoned dogs. I have contacted the AAA, and whilst thanking us for choosing to help them, Mr. Rosalind Agius explained that what is most needed are dog food, dog treats and donations to pay for vet fees. Thus, each student is kindly asked to get an item on the day when it would be his/her turn (calendar is in the class). Also, I will be getting a piggy bank and students, on a voluntary basis, can give their donations which will then be presented to the AAA, on the 20th December together with the donated items.

Other activities:

On Monday 4th December, we will be having a pyjamas day. Those of you who are coming in your pjs, please also get 50c as a donation which will go for the senior 5 end of school event. Students who are not going to wear their pyjamas, are asked to come to school wearing the uniform.

Also, as from, Monday 4th December students can start posting Christmas cards to their friends or teachers. Kindly write the name of the designated person and the class and put the cards in a post box infront of Ms. Natasha’s office.

I thank you for your cooperation.

Senior 1B Christmas Costume

Dear parents and students,

for our item of the Christmas concert it was decided that:

a. the girls will wear black leggings (make sure they are not see-through please), a plain black long sleeved shirt and a rainbow tutu which I will be doing myself for the students.

b. the boys will wear black trousers/jeans and a plain black long sleeved shirt. I will be providing them with a coloured tie to match the girls’ tutu.

Happy weekend
