Senior 5 Investigations

Dear Senior 5,

I hope that you are all having a good weekend. Another gentle reminder that next Tuesday 29th November you have the Home Ec test.

I would also like to say well done to those of you who have continued working on the investigation. On another note, I would like to inform you that by the 10th of December all of you have to send me the investigation from the Brief Analysis till the Results, Analysis and Conclusion of Technique 1. This mark will be inputted on Powerschool and therefore those of you who do not adhere to this deadline will be marked as missing HW and Ms. Giselle will be informed.

Please bare with me. I have 12 investigations to correct (apart from other assignments and general corrections) and I correct word by word as you know. Therefore I can’t have you sending me the entire investigation during the Christmas holidays. Thus these deadlines are important and you must respect them please.

Senior 1B costume details

Dear Senior 1B,

here are the details re the costumes for the Christmas concert:

Trolls Girls – You need a white woolen tights and a white polo neck. We will sew a skirt to be worn over the tights. With regards to shoes, wear a pair of trainers any colour which you like, but not grey or black. We have to be colourful.

Trolls Boys – You need a white woolen tights and a white polo neck. On top of the tights wear a pair of shorts any colour which you like. We will sew a vest to be worn over the polo neck. With regards to shoes, like the girls, wear a pair of trainers any colour which you like.

Bergens Girls – Black woolen tights and a black polo neck. We will sew a skirt for you. With regards to shoes, wear the school trainers.

Bergens Boys – Black woolen tights and a black polo neck. We will sew a vest for you. Wear black shorts over the tights. Wear the school trainers like the girl bergens.

Narrators – black jeans or black trousers and a black shirt. We will sew a red tie for you. Wear school shoes.

The reason why we are asking both boys and girls to wear tights is because at St. Agatha it is quite cold and we want you to feel warm and comfy.

Regarding hair and make up we shall decide next week, but most probably girl trolls will have their hair put up and we use coloured hair spray to make it pink or other colours. Boy trolls will use coloured hair spray too. But we’ll go into these details next Monday.

As I’ve told you last Thursday, I am also collecting 20euro to cover the expenses for the fabric of the costumes and the sewing. With 20euro we will have more than enough so then I will give you back the money which will not be used. Moreover, the narrators will pay less since only a tie will be sewn.

Regards

Ms. Edera

Senior 1B 26/11 notice

Dear senior 1B students,

I hope that you are enjoying your long weekend. May I remind you please to start getting some canned food (not animal food) and other kinds of convenience foods such as biscuits so that we will put them in the box which I shall be placing in the classroom. These foods will then be donated to different entities such as old people’s homes and children’s institutions.

Thanks in advance for your generosity.
