Dear senior 4,

first of all I would like to say a big well done to you all. You have managed to prepare the pizzas / cinnamon rolls in the given time and I have observed that you’ve become more confident at cooking. Well done. Here are the photos of your practical.

Senior 1A Practical Evaluations

Dear Senior 1A students,

firstly I would like to tell you a big well done on the first practical. It wasn’t easy as it was your first experience. However, all in all you did well. I would like you however, to be more organised and do the washing up more carefully for your next practical.

Now, let me explain to you how you should fill in the evaluation sheet. I gave you the evaluation sheet last week, together with the preparation sheet.

  1. Fill in the evaluation wheel. You need to colour either number 1, 2, 3 or 4 for each criteria listed next to the wheel. Shade number 1 if you think you worked very little on that, shade number 4 if you performed really well. You have a box at the top which explains what each number means.
  2. Complete the other evaluation boxes by writing down some points which you think you did really well in, not really well, or what can be improved. E.g. you did really well in: getting all the ingredients, chopping the ingredients, preparing the pudding but need to be more organised, follow the preparation sheet etc…

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me.

Ms. Edera

P.S. photos of your practical to be uploaded soon!

The following are the things that you need to get:

Since last lesson is really short, we will start the practical in the second break.
