Good evening everyone. There are these two upcoming events which might interest you.

1. Open day and healthy cooking class at the natural food bar attard.


Our mission is to share the knowledge we have of the healthiest and most delicious options with all our customers. All ingredients that we use in our meals are available for you at our shop. We want to show you how simple and quick our recipes are during first event of The Natural Food Bar.

Event date: Saturday, 11th of June from 3pm till 6pm.


1. Preparation of plant milk
2. Preparation of raw desserts
3. Gluten free baking

All ingredients used at The Natural Food Bar are organic and free from gluten contamination.

Lots of tasting and more surprises during the event 🙂

2. Aftermoon tea in an organic farm.


An Afternoon Tea experience at Joe’s Majjistral Eco Farm. 11th June 16:00-19:00

Join us on the day and enjoy some fresh air and a guided show-around the farm by Joe the organic farmer. Learn about the basics of organic farming and how to obtain the best organic produce which is optimal in taste and in nutrient benefits. This will be followed by a lovely afternoon tea, in the rural setting of the farm. Not to be missed!

Can quitting smoking reduce the risk of cancer?

I found this interesting article, published on May 15th. Scientists have determined that cancer deaths can be reduced by half by following what I have been advocating for in our Home Economics lessons. In other words by:

  • following a balanced diet
  • doing exercise
  • no smoking and limiting alcohol
