for those of you who did not manage to write the note about trans fats, here it is.
Trans fats are the worst type of fats. They are commonly found in baked goods such as cakes and cookies, snacks such as crisps and fried food such as chips and doughnuts.
They are also found in HYDROGENATED margarines – a process which turns a vegetable oil such as coconut oil into a solid. This is done to increase the shelf life of the food.
Trans fats increase bad cholesterol in the blood hence increase the risk of heart disease.
